Felt freakin' awesome. Held back a bit and worked on speed.

All sets felt strong. Hyperextended my back a little bit
reracking on set 1, I cooled it on the weight.

Tough tempo. I would move the bar fast and then just STOP.

C2. Amrap (-1) unbroken muscle ups x3; rest 90 seconds

Muscleups felt aweful today. Swinging a lot. Pulling felt laborsome.

10 min amrap:
7 thrusters 135#
4 burpees

9 + 7 Thrusters + 1 Burpee


Not fun. Out of breath the whole time. Did first two rounds unbroken, then the rest were 4/3. Should have done that the whole time. Could have gotten round/minute + some. Lesson learned. I can't do thrusters slow. I have to break them. Not happy with this performance.
