Felt good.

C1. weighted dip; 5, 5, 5; rest 90 seconds

Felt strong. Could have gone bit heavier. Learning.
C2. CTB chin ups 20 unbroken x3; rest 90 seconds
UB. First two sets were butterfly. Last set regular kip. Been working on butterfly ctb for a while. Finally starting to get it right without shoulder issues. Feels good.
