Power Clean/Jerk: Work to heavy single 285# felt good.
Front Squat: Work to easy double 335# felt good.
Row: 3 minutes @ 1:45, sprint last 10 sec/each minute Tough, felt winded.
Double Unders: 50 unbroken AFAP, rest 1 min. Done, shortened to 30 sec. rest.
