11/17/11 - Triple Testing

part 1:

Squat Clean - 175#/100#
Muscle Ups

Felt good! Probably because I stared at the rings so much. Was never able to get anywhere near all out. I knew  upperbody fatigue would set in. It was just a matter of time. Goal was not to fail any reps. Frustrating. Energy feel great though!
