Hard to pick a pace at first. I didn't want my forearms to blow up during double unders. Definitely had too much left at the end.

dude, u did 100 more DUs than me! Bravo, Sir! side note: My goal is to get down to your weight, around 185. I was 160 earlier this year, bulked up to 227 in 3 months naturally, so gained a ton of fat, and down to 206 now. keep up the motivating work brother!
