11/15/11 - MAP Training


AM Training:

7 KBS - 1.5/1 pd
5 + 1 burpee

Good session today. I felt good considering I ate a bunch of sushi last night. Learned how to make rolls. Really fun! Used the salmon I bought last week. Tasted great! Played around with some brown rice rolls. Hard to get it to stick, but it was good enough. I think I'm gonna try to make a "paleo" roll this weekend for the hell of it.

I rarely do, but I have to disagree with some parts of the above quotation. Particularly the resisting of the temptation to chase after more hobbies. You can't learn anything living like that. Experience is knowledge.
