Had a great time training with Caitlin and Rob tonight! This was a good session. These were hard movements to slow down on. I obviously suffer with t2b, even at 80%. Still don't feel 100%, but weight is starting to pack back on. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Started buying fresh caught salmon from some friends at a local restaurant. They get it from a market in ATL. Cut this into 18 fillets.
